Sugimoto Kidoh and his wife Clara, of French origin, have been practicing Zen together for 10 years. For them, this discipline is more than just meditation, it is a culture and a way of life. They will explain its origins and the best practices. You don't need to be an expert, this initation is for everyone, including beginners.

The daily life of a Zen temple

Clara and Kidoh live in the temple and running the temple has been their profession for several years. Eager to share their enthusiasm with visitors, they will be happy to welcome you to Fumonken and share their day-to-day life with you. The experience lasts between 2 and 3 hours, and in addition to zazen, you will be able to benefit from a tour of the temple with explanations.
